Quotations and availability
Website holidays, photographs, itineraries and prices provide travel ideas. Availability and prices can change until confirmed. Request a written quotation for your dates, departure airport, traveller ages, room type and board basis. Your quotation should identify the included flights, accommodation, baggage, transfers, taxes and any additional charges. An enquiry or acknowledgement alone does not confirm a booking.
Your booking agreement
Before you commit, we will identify the supplier or organiser, our role in arranging the services and the terms that apply. We may act as an agent for travel suppliers. The relevant supplier terms and your written booking confirmation form part of your agreement. Any statutory responsibilities that apply to a package or other booking remain unaffected.
Payments and confirmation
Your quotation or booking documents will specify the deposit, payment method, balance and due dates. Check these details before paying. A booking is confirmed only when acceptance is issued under the applicable booking conditions. Check names, dates, routes and documents promptly and report errors immediately. Failure to pay an agreed balance can affect the reservation and may lead to cancellation under the applicable terms.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us promptly in writing if you need to amend or cancel travel. Availability, fare rules, supplier conditions and the timing of the request determine whether a change is possible and what charges or refunds apply. Ask for the applicable charges before confirming a request. The cancellation and refund terms provided for your specific booking apply; statutory rights cannot be excluded by these website terms.
Flights and travel services
Flight times, aircraft, routes and schedules may change. Check the airline’s baggage, check-in, transit and boarding requirements. Accommodation descriptions and facilities are subject to the confirmed room and board arrangements. Special requests are requests unless expressly confirmed.
